In order to do business with the City of Vineland, vendors must follow these simple guidelines:

• Per New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, it is a state mandated law for all vendors to have a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate on file when doing business with any municipality in the state of New Jersey.

• Vendors are encouraged to call for an appointment with the Purchasing Agent before attempting to contact other departments. If appropriate, the Purchasing office will arrange contacts with other departments.

• Appointments may be arranged by contacting the Purchasing Office at 856-794-4040, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Submissions by Corporations and Partnerships shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2).

The City of Vineland reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive informalities and accept any submissions that in their judgement will be in the best interest of the City of Vineland. The City Council of the City of Vineland shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.
