A Non-Mandatorv Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2021 at 9:00 am at the Howard M. Down, 211 N. West Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360. Attendance is not mandatorv but is highly recommended. A “MANDATORY” site visit will immediatelv follow the pre-bid. All those attending the tour must have a Hard Hat. Steel Toe Boots, Eye Protection and Working Flashlight. Face coverings are required while inside the plant regardless of vaccination status.
This is a Prevailing Wage Project.
All bids submitted to the Division of Purchasing must comply with the provisions of the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications issued therefore; and the statutory requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent.
