The City of Vineland reserves the right to reject any or all submissions due to any defects or waive infonnalities and accept any submissions that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the City of Vineland. The City Council of the City of Vineland shall award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of same.

The City of Vineland, NJ intends to participate in the Sourcewell contract, formerly known as the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA), to purchase the following item:

Public Utility Equipment with Related Accessories and Supplies
Information regarding this contract may be found at the City of Vineland, NJ, 640 E. Wood Street, City Hall – 5th Floor, Purchasing Office, Monday through Friday except legal holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm as well as through the City website www.vinelandcity.org The City of Vineland adopted Resolution 2014-276 on July 8, 2014 to join the National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) now known as Sourcewell. The contract terms as established by National Joint Powers Alliance (NJP A) shall apply.
It is the intent of the Purchasing Division of the City of Vineland, NJ to make a contract award to Altec Industries, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell RFP #012418.
The City of Vineland is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority ofN.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3)
