The Vineland Development Corporation (VDC) consists of nine (9) members who are appointed by the Mayor.
The purpose of the VDC is to assist the Mayor, City Council, and the Economic Development office in the revitalization of designated redevelopment area(s) in the City of Vineland, encourage private investment, assist in economic development within the Urban Enterprise Zone, and manage Urban Enterprise Zone Funding.
The Board of Directors may hire and Executive Director to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Corporation. The Board shall develop qualifications for the Executive Director and may thereafter hire a person who meets said qualifications for a term specified by the Board. In lieu thereof, the Director of Economic Development of the City of Vineland or his/her assignee shall serve as Executive Director.
The Vineland Development Corporation Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 11:00 am. in the Mayor’s Conference Room located on the sixth floor of City Hall, 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, NJ.

Membership: Nine (9) members including five (5) members of the Enterprise Zone Development Corporation, two (2) residents of the City of Vineland, two (2) business owners or professionals maintaining a principal office in the Vineland Urban Enterprise Zone
