NOTICE OF MANDATORY CODE COMPLIANCE: PUBLIC EVENTS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY

The City of Vineland does not prohibit public events on private property (such as car shows & similar gatherings); however, the property owner must ensure that public health and safety remain the foremost priority.

Vineland City Code Section 630-26.1 establishes the mandatory requirements that must be met to host such an event, which includes a formal application and approval process. Because these regulations directly impact public health, safety, and the surrounding neighborhood, strict compliance with this code section is mandatory.

Enforcement Notice: Failure to comply with Vineland City Code Section 630-26.1 prior to the event will result in the immediate closure of the event, as well as the issuance of substantial fines, penalties and other enforcement action(s).
