The Facilities Services Division is responsible for the daily operation of city buildings, equipment, and janitorial. The Division’s internal staff provides services for more than 28 city buildings including, but not limited to:
- Routine Building Maintenance
- Custodial Services
- Departmental Renovations and Re-Locations
- Furniture Design and Installation
- Maintenance of Environmental and Building Safety Controls
- Coordinating the Staging and Sound System for Many Public Activities
- Assisting With the Set-up and Dismantling of Seasonal Decorations
