Formal official action may be taken at such meetings on any and all business involving the Vineland Planning Board.
Pre-meeting conferences shall be held at 6:00 pm in the Council Caucus Room, second floor, 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, NJ 08360. No formal official action shall be taken at any such pre-meeting conference.
