The Water Utiliy's Administration and Billing offices are located on the fourth floor of City Hall. If you have any questions concerning your water bill, please contact the Customer Service Center located on the first floor of City Hall.
The City's
Water Utility was established in 1900 by the purchase of an existing private
system of mains and pumps. It
is currently responsible for water supply, treatment and distribution. The system has grown with the expansion
of the community. Earnings
through the years have provided for the financing of system improvements
including the amortization of bonds issued from time to time.
