KNOX-BOX® has been providing firefighters with safe and secure emergency access for the past 24 years. More than 5,000 fire departments nationwide depend on the Knox Rapid Entry System to quickly access commercial and residential property. The proven system reduces response time, property damage and the liability for lost keys.

There is no cost to the fire department. Property owners are responsible for purchasing their own Knox-Boxes, Haz-Mat cabinets, key switches and padlocks. With one master key, your department can enter community buildings, gated complexes and fenced property quickly and safely.

In addition to fire calls, many communities use the Knox System for mutual aid and medical emergency response as well. Once the system is installed, law enforcement or other emergency agencies can access specific devices with fire department approval. The versatile Knox Rapid Entry System provides:

  ·        Immediate building entry day or night

·        Access to all properties with one master key

·        Time-saving response to false alarms

·        Safe entry without force or injury to firefighters

·        High security protection for property owners

·        Less property damage from fire or sprinklers
