Channel 13
Channel 13 is an educational and governmental cable channel franchised to the City of Vineland by our local cable operator, Comcast. Reaching televisions slightly beyond city limits, Channel 13 provides programs and infomation related to the Vineland municipal government, such as public meetings and messages from the mayor, as well as educational programs, such as public school events and telecourses at the county college.
Channel 13 debuted on the air in September 1997 and has grown in programming and popularity with the help of its three partners:
* The City of Vineland
* Cumberland County College
* Vineland Public Schools
* Other parties that have supported Channel 13 and helped in its success are:

*Quinn Broadcasting (Channel 2)
