The Department of Administration is headed by the Business Administrator, who works closely with the Mayor and City Council to help insure the smooth functioning of Vineland's municipal government. Administration oversees and provides guidance to the other City departments, and its broad scope affects every City employee. Administration is comprised of the offices of the Business Administrator, Community Development Program, Economic Development, Information Systems, Insurance Services & Safety, Personnel, Purchasing, Strategic Neighborhood Assistance Program & Urban Coordinating Council and finally Weed & Seed. In addition, Administration prepares the City Council agenda, secures state and federal grants, prepares the City budget, negotiates labor agreements and manages the local educational and governmental Channel 13.

Trivellini, and his office may be contacted for general questions regarding the management of the municipal government, but more specifically in the area of the City budget, grants, labor relations and cable franchise. During working hours, the comment hotline will be answered by a City employee ready to assist the caller. During non-working hours, callers may leave a message.
