We are located in City Hall on the 4rd floor and are a function of the Administration Office
The CDP is about home owner programs abailable in the City of Vineland that are administered by the City of Vineland.
Federal programs for homeowners in the City of Vineland as of 01/30/02 are the following:
Assistance to single-family owner occupied homeowners
who are income eligible. The home must be the principal place of residence
and applicant(s) must have the title (deed) in their name. Assistance consists
of addressing all major code violations on the property, up to a maximum amount.
Referrals for 1st time homebuyers program by non-profits receive assistance
and for-profit developers.
Emergency assistance to single-family income eligible homeowners. The home must be owner occupied and their principal place of residence. Emergencies must be certified and documented as an emergency. General small repairs and maintenance are not considered emergencies.
