Landis Park
600 E. Park Avenue
Vineland, NJ
Size: 30.0 Acres
Landis Park was named after Charles K. Landis on
May 19, 1970. It is the oldest recreation area in
Vineland.

Giampietro Memorial Park
3231 E. Landis Avenue
Size: 52 Acres
The park was named after former Mayor Albert
Giampietro. It was purchased for $1.00 from the
Stewart Estate. This Estates is reponsible for many recreational and environmental areas in New Jersey.

Willow Oak Conservation Area
Landis and Lincoln Avenue

Signs at the parking areas show the layout of trails and various points of interest throughout the conservation
area.

Willow Oak provides an excellent outdoor educational laboratory for the study of woodland, open field, and
freshwater environments and the ecological balances
of concern to its wildlife inhabitants.
