SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS

The Vineland Police Department currently employs 15 Class I Special Officers. These officers are used for various details to supplement the Patrol Division. They assist with animal census and verify pet registrations, patrol our City parks and library, and may be used to assist in traffic details.

The City of Vineland Police Department is currently seeking applicants for the position of Special Law Enforcement Officer Class II. Applicants must possess a valid New Jersey SLEO II Certification to be considered for employment. Click here for the list of SLEO II Qualifications.
