Mission:
The mission of the Personnel Department is to provide
assistance and guidance to all City departments and employees
regarding employment, benefits, policies, procedures and any
other personnel issues. We are also committed and dedicated
to providing the best level of service to the residents of
our community.

Residency
Requirement:

to Ordinance No. 1291 and as of September 30, 1998, all individuals
employed by the City of Vineland must be a bona fied resident
