The Information Systems Division's Vision:

Our vision is to provide the right technology that is customer-centric and cost-efficient to the City of Vineland and to assist each of the City's departments to achieve its missions, promote communications, provide exceptional customer service, support the strategic planning of the City of Vineland, and effectively manage the city's resources.

The Information Systems Division's Mission:

The Information Systems Division strives for operational excellence in all that we do. Our goal is to supply exceptional customer service and support for all of our customers, internal and external. We are focused on providing the appropriate technology to the City of Vineland while making sure it is cost-efficient and that it can deliver and ensure accurate, timely, and reliable information. The outcome of this mission is to provide the City of Vineland, effective and efficiently managed Information Systems, which in turn, will increase productivity and quality of work while reducing the cost of operations.
