I hereby authorize Vineland Municipal Utilities to automatically debit my bank account monthly under the Preauthorized Payment Plan any Vineland Municipal Utilities bills that are transmitted through the Federal Reserve Bank’s Electronic Automated Clearing House channels by the Vineland Municipal Utilities.  I understand that this agreement may be terminated by me at any time by written notification to Vineland Municipal Utilities.  If corrections are necessary, it may result in a debit to my checking account.  Credits to my utility account will not result in a deposit of funds to my checking account.
